All porch displays are decorative and intended for outdoor seasonal use only.
Items may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability.
You grant DSM Porch Pumpkins permission to style and place items on your porch or front steps.
You acknowledge that pumpkins, mums, and props may be affected by weather and are not warrantied once delivered.
DSM Porch Pumpkins is not liable for any damage, pest activity, or staining caused by natural items (e.g., pumpkins, plants, hay).
You agree to allow DSM Porch Pumpkins to take photos of completed porch designs to potentially be used in our website and social media accounts. We will not post or include any of your personal information or home address details in our photos.
By submitting the order form, you accept the risk of outdoor placement and release DSM Porch Pumpkins from any and all liability.
Customers may request early pickup or disposal services for an additional fee.

All sales are final, no refunds.
We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Waukee, IA. Additional delivery charges will be applied to orders outside of this delivery area.
